Customer Reviews
Passerine has gorgeous rugs, but the return policy is key for vintage!
Unlike some of the bigger sites like Rugs USA, Passerine's return policy for their vintage rugs like the Heriz Hand-Knotted Wool Rug is a bit different. I was wondering what it was before I committed, especially since public promo codes are pretty rare outside of their newsletter. Overall, the quality looks amazing for the price, definitely worth it for a unique piece.
Got a beautiful Oushak
So, I was looking for a new rug and a friend told me about Passerine. Found this really pretty Oushak rug, kinda big for my bedroom but it fit perfectly. It came pretty quick, like, faster than I thought it would. The rug feels super nice underfoot, and the colors are even better in person. I just like how easy it was to find something I loved and get it delivered without any fuss. Good experience overall.
Always reliable rugs
I've ordered from Passerine a few times now, and they consistently deliver. My latest purchase, a distressed vintage rug for the living room, was exactly as pictured online. The quality is always top-notch, and the descriptions are accurate. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they always meet it. Shipping was fast again, arrived even a day early.
Great value on a unique find
I was really trying to find a good deal on a quality rug, and Passerine caught my eye with their selection. I signed up for their newsletter and got a first purchase discount, which helped a lot. I ended up getting a gorgeous vintage Persian runner for my hallway. Considering the usual prices for rugs like this, the discount made it a fantastic value. The rug itself is beautiful, very unique, and feels like it will last ages. It felt worth every penny, especially with the saving.
Good rug, slight delay
I ordered an antique Turkish rug and overall I'm happy with it. The rug quality is excellent, exactly what I expected from the photos and description; it really adds character to my space. Delivery was a bit slower than the estimate, taking about a week longer than I anticipated. Not a huge deal, but I was eager to get it. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was reassuring. The rug pad I ordered with it was also high quality. So, mostly great, just wished shipping was on schedule.
My living room is transformed!
Oh my goodness, I just received my new oversized antique rug and it's absolutely stunning! The colors are so rich and the texture is incredible. It totally changed the whole vibe of my living room! I'm so glad I decided to splurge a little. The photos on the website were good, but it's even better in real life. I'm already thinking about getting a runner for my kitchen next. You guys have the best selection!
Fast shipping, nice rug
Bought a small accent rug. Shipping was quick. Rug looks good, accurate to pictures. No issues. Would buy again.

Can I get some more photos of a rug I'm interested in before buying? The website only has a few angles.
Are the rugs like, actually vintage and antique? Or is it more 'vintage style' and reproductions like some other places?
I'm looking at a couple of their Persian rugs and some on Revival Rugs. Has anyone bought from both and can compare the quality or authenticity?
Planning to order a small accent rug to see the colors in person, but worried about returns if it doesn't match. Is their return process a hassle?
I'm an interior designer, is there a special discount code or something for trade professionals?
